Within one business day, by a person — not a CRM autoresponder. CET working hours, Monday to Friday. If you submit on a Friday evening or weekend, expect a reply by Tuesday morning at the latest.

What languages can I write to Logitelia in?

Accepted Answer

English, Ukrainian, Russian directly to the founder. The team also handles inbound in German, French, Spanish and Polish — reply time is the same one business day, with the response in your language.

What happens after I send a contact form?

Accepted Answer

Three steps. (1) A real person reads your message within one business day. (2) If there is a plausible fit, we propose a 30-minute call — listening first, then sketching which team could fit, or honestly saying it cannot. (3) If you want to proceed, we send a written proposal with scope, definition of done, price, and success metric. You decide.

Do you take meetings outside CET working hours?

By arrangement. CET is the default for live calls because both Lviv offices are on it. North American afternoon (EST 11:00-13:00) maps to our late afternoon CET and is usually doable. Asia-Pacific early hours are harder; we propose async written exchanges where possible.

Can I get a price quote without a call?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Starter is a published price (€4,500/month), and we can confirm whether your scope fits Starter or needs Scale (€8,900) from a written description alone. For Enterprise (€16,000+), we need a 30-minute call to scope correctly — that one is too custom to quote blind.
