AI agents for law firms — back office only.

Managed teams that take bookkeeping, intake processing, research support, and marketing content off the partners' plates. We do not draft legal documents. We do not give legal advice. We do not handle privileged matter. Everything we produce is reviewed by a partner at your firm before any external use. From €1,500/month.

What we explicitly do not do

The line matters in legal work, so we put it first. We do not give legal advice. We do not draft contracts, pleadings, motions, or anything that goes to a client or court. We do not handle privileged client matter. We are not a substitute for licensed counsel.

If you are looking for AI that drafts legal documents, you want a specialised legal-tech product (Harvey, Spellbook, etc.) — not a managed services company. We are honest about this because the failure modes of getting it wrong are severe and rightly so.

What we do for law firms

The work below is either back-office (financials, intake admin, scheduling) or public-facing marketing (your website, blog, attorney bios). None of it touches client-privileged matter. None of it requires legal judgment.

1. Bookkeeping and trust accounting hygiene

The Finance Team runs monthly close in 3-5 business days. Reconciliations between your operating account, IOLTA/client trust account, and the practice management system. We do not move money. We prepare reconciliations that your bookkeeper or controller signs off on. Trust account accuracy is your responsibility and your bar's rules — we make the prep work cleaner and faster.

2. Intake form processing and follow-up

The Operations Team handles inbound intake forms — categorisation by matter type, conflict-check trigger emails to the partner, scheduling follow-up calls, sending standard pre-engagement information. Anything that looks like a substantive question gets routed immediately to an attorney.

3. Marketing content for your firm's website

Practice-area pages, FAQ content, attorney bios, plain-language explainers of recent rulings or new regulations. Every draft is operator-edited, then reviewed by a partner at your firm before publication. Nothing reads as legal advice — it is informational and structured to drive intake calls, not to substitute for them.

4. Legal research support (non-substantive)

Case-name lookups, citation checks, public-source summaries, regulatory tracker emails, organisation of research files. The substantive legal analysis stays with your attorneys and paralegals. We supply faster, better-organised raw materials. Read our deeper take in AI for legal practice back office.

5. CRM and email lifecycle for the firm

Newsletter setup, alumni and referrer email sequences, anniversary touches with referral sources, intake-to-engagement nurture sequences. Read our lifecycle email playbook for what's possible.

Confidentiality model

By design we do not need to see privileged client matter to do any of the work above. Financial records, public website content, intake forms minus client-substantive content, and aggregated firm metrics are sufficient. Your privileged matter stays in your PMS or document management system.

EU data residency is the default. Every operator on a legal engagement signs a confidentiality agreement aligned with your firm's standards. Access is least-privilege and audit-logged.

Pricing for law firms

  • €1,500/month. Pilot. Usually monthly bookkeeping prep or content-only.
  • €2,500-€5,500/month. Operations + Growth together. Most boutique firms (5-25 lawyers) sit here.
  • €6,000-€9,000/month. Multi-office or multi-practice firms with heavier back-office load.

Where this typically pays back inside a firm

The honest math for a 10-15 lawyer boutique:

  • Bookkeeping prep. A part-time bookkeeper costs €2,000-€3,500/month. They will still be needed for sign-off, but the prep volume they can handle goes up significantly. Most firms with us at this scope free 40-60% of their bookkeeper's billable hours for higher-value review work.
  • Intake admin. One full-time intake coordinator runs €3,500-€5,500/month all-in. Managed ops at €2,500-€4,000/month covers intake form processing, scheduling, pre-engagement materials, and conflict-check trigger emails — leaving the human intake coordinator to focus on the calls where conversion happens.
  • Marketing content. A boutique firm trying to publish 2 articles a month rarely sustains it past the third month. The Growth Team produces 6-12 partner-approved articles per month at a comparable monthly cost to one freelance writer.
  • Time-to-engagement. Firms with intake automation in place close engagements 15-30% faster, because follow-up is automated and the partner is not the bottleneck on the second email.

None of this is a hard sell. It is a back-office change with an obvious financial floor — and a hard ceiling that we are upfront about: the substantive legal work stays with you, always.

FAQ

Do you give legal advice?

No. We do not give legal advice and we do not draft documents that go to clients or courts. Everything we produce is back-office or marketing material that a qualified lawyer reviews before any external use.

What about client confidentiality?

We do not need to see privileged client matter to do our work. Bookkeeping operates on financial records. Marketing on public content. Research support on case names and public sources you provide.

Which practice management systems do you work with?

Clio, MyCase, PracticePanther, Actionstep are common. We usually integrate with your accounting system (Xero, QuickBooks) and your marketing stack rather than directly with the PMS.

Can you write blog content for our firm?

Yes — practice-area content, FAQ pages, attorney bios, case study write-ups. Every piece is reviewed by an operator and must be approved by a partner at your firm before publication.

Do you replace our paralegals?

No. We make them more effective on routine work so they can focus on substantive paralegal work. Replacing paralegals would mean doing legal work, which we do not do.

What does it cost?

Pilot from €1,500/month. Most law firm clients €2,500-€5,500/month for Operations + Growth. Larger practices €6,000-€9,000/month.
