A dedicated team, without the staffing risk.
One AI-native Dev Team — specialized agents plus a named senior operator — working exclusively on your backlog, sprint after sprint. Same team every week, billed as a subscription, not a day rate.
What a dedicated team gets you
Everything the Dev Team already covers — web, mobile, backend, integrations, QA — pointed at your backlog alone, with continuity built in.
A subscription, not day-rate outsourcing
Traditional dedicated teams are rented headcount: you pay a day rate, manage the ramp-up, and carry the risk if someone leaves mid-project. Logitelia's dedicated team is a subscription — the Dev Team pod of specialized agents, supervised by one senior operator who is accountable for everything that ships. You are not managing contractors; you are reviewing a weekly release.
It composes with the rest of Logitelia — the Research Team for specs and competitive context, the Studio Team for design, the fractional product lead if you want the roadmap owned too, not just the code shipped.
Pricing
One dedicated team is €4,500/month — one sprint a week, operator-reviewed, cancel any month. Need two squads running in parallel — product and platform, say? That's €8,900 for two teams, two sprints a week. Three or more teams with a dedicated operator team and an SLA moves to Enterprise, from €16,000/month. See full pricing or the calculator.
What we do not do
We do not bill by the hour or lease you individual contractors who sit inside your org chart — that is traditional staff augmentation, and it has its place. We sell a standing, operator-accountable team against your backlog instead. And we do not take on regulated work we are not certified for — say so on the call and we will tell you honestly if the fit is there.
Dedicated teams, answered.
How is this different from hiring freelancers or a staffing agency?
A freelancer or staff-aug contractor is one person you manage directly, with no backup if they are out sick or leave. A Logitelia dedicated team is a pod of specialized agents plus one named senior operator who is accountable for everything that ships — continuity and review are built in, not something you have to organize yourself.
How fast can a dedicated team start?
Onboarding takes three days — we connect to your repo, tracker and communication tools — and the first reviewed release lands by day seven.
Can the team size flex up or down?
Yes. Start with one team on Starter, add a second on Scale, or move to a dedicated operator team on Enterprise as the backlog grows. Cancel or resize any month.
Who is accountable for what ships?
A named senior operator reviews and signs every release before it reaches you. The agents carry the workload; the operator carries the accountability.
