Is there a setup fee?

No. Subscriptions start at €4,500/month with no onboarding or setup fee. The first deliverable lands within seven days of a signed contract.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly plans cancel any month, no questions, no exit fee. Annual plans run for the committed 12 months but renew only if you choose to.

What is the annual discount?

10% off when you pay for 12 months upfront. Starter drops from €4,500 to an effective €4,050/month, Scale from €8,900 to €8,010, Enterprise from €16,000 to €14,400.

What counts as one team?

One productized AI agent team — Research, Growth, Operations, Dev, Finance, or Studio — supervised by a named senior operator, delivering one sprint per week. Starter includes one team; Scale up to two; Enterprise three or more.

Are there usage limits or overage charges?

No surprise overage. Each tier defines a sprint cadence (Starter one/week, Scale two/week). The cost of running the AI agents is included — that is our problem, not a metered line item on your invoice.

Do you offer a free trial?

Not a free trial, but the first month is the trial in practice: cancel after month one if the first deliverables do not earn the next month. We earn renewals, not lock-in.
