Why we are not €1,000 a month

Budget automation studios charge €500–€2,000 a month, and some of them are genuinely good. If one fits your problem, take it — you will spend less and get what you need. Here is the actual difference, so you can tell which one you are buying.

  • One automation, or a standing team. At €500–€2,000 a month the usual scope is a single workflow built or maintained per month, by two or three people splitting attention across many clients. A Logitelia team runs a sprint every week against a backlog you set. You are buying capacity, not a ticket queue.
  • Who carries the runtime. A workflow that is built and handed over becomes yours to fix at 2am. Ours stays ours — the runtime, the monitoring, the failure handling, and a named senior operator who signs every artifact before it reaches you.
  • What catches a silent failure. Automations fail quietly far more often than they fail loudly: a wrong classification, a skipped record, a sync that stopped a week ago. Every agent action is logged in your portal and evaluated against ground-truth cases. Most builds at the lower tier have no evaluation layer at all.
  • Data, jurisdiction and procurement. EU data residency in Frankfurt and Stockholm, signed DPA, zero-training agreements with model providers, per-tenant isolation, security review on request. Overhead you do not need until the day you need it — and on that day it is the entire deal.

Choose the cheaper option if: You have one clear, bounded workflow, someone in-house who can own it after handover, and nothing regulated touching it. That describes a lot of good businesses. Paying us €4,500 for that would be the wrong call, and we will say so on the intro call.

Choose us if: The work is ongoing rather than a project, nobody internally wants to own the runtime, output volume is the constraint, or a security review is coming. That is where continuous capacity and an accountable operator stop being a luxury.
