Six senior operators, one per team

Research, Growth, Operations, Dev, Finance, Studio. Each team has a senior human who owns the deliverables for clients subscribed to that team. You meet them in the first onboarding call. They sign every artifact. They are reachable in your client portal channel.

How we hire

Senior or nothing

We do not hire juniors. Every operator has 7+ years in their domain before joining. We deliberately keep the operator team small — under 20 people through 2027 — so that "named senior on every artifact" stays true under load.
