AI agents for fintech — non-regulated work only.
Managed teams that take marketing, content, internal operations, and back-office work off your team's plate. We do not touch KYC, AML, transaction monitoring, credit decisions, or anything inside your regulator's perimeter. Compliance review baked into the workflow. EU data residency. From €1,500/month.
Where the line is — read this before anything else
Fintech is the category where "AI does it all" pitches do the most damage. Buying naive automation into a regulated workflow is how you end up explaining yourself to a regulator. So we draw a hard line.
We do not do anything inside your regulated perimeter. No KYC or AML decisioning. No transaction monitoring. No credit decisions. No regulated investment advice. No customer communications that constitute regulated communication. No automated handling of suspicious activity reports. If you need any of those, you need vendors who are built for that specific regulated context, with the certifications, audits, and audit trails to match. We are not that vendor for those workloads.
What we do is everything around the regulated core: marketing, content, internal ops, back-office, growth experimentation, internal knowledge management. The work that helps fintechs scale without touching the regulated edge. For a deeper view see AI services for fintech.
What we do for fintech companies
1. Marketing content with compliance review built in
Long-form articles, landing pages, comparison content, glossary entries, lifecycle email — drafted by the Growth Team, reviewed by an operator, then routed through your compliance or legal reviewer before publication. The compliance-review step is part of our default workflow for fintech clients, not an add-on. Our content engine playbook: SEO content engine with AI agents.
2. Internal operations and knowledge management
Internal documentation upkeep, onboarding for new hires, internal FAQ maintenance, runbook updates, vendor management workflows. The Operations Team handles the connective tissue inside the org so your engineers and compliance team can focus on the regulated work.
3. Lifecycle email for marketing audiences
Top-of-funnel nurture, content distribution, webinar follow-up, product update emails to non-customer subscribers. Operates on your marketing CRM (HubSpot, Customer.io, Iterable) — not on your production customer database. Walkthrough: lifecycle email automation in 7 days.
4. Back-office finance (the firm's own books)
The Finance Team handles your fintech's own bookkeeping — vendor reconciliations, AP, monthly close, cash forecast. This is your operating books, not your product's payments rails. See: monthly close in 3 days.
5. Internal data work that doesn't touch customer PII
Vendor onboarding research, competitive intelligence, market sizing, supplier scoring, internal dashboards. The Research Team produces these as written documents, not autonomous decision systems.
Security and compliance posture
- EU data residency by default.
- GDPR-aligned. DPA available.
- Least-privilege access, audit logs you can export.
- We are not SOC 2 certified. If your client procurement requires SOC 2 from every vendor, this may be a blocker.
- Production customer PII is excluded from our scope unless explicitly anonymised first.
- Compliance-review step in workflows that touch any public communication.
When fintechs should not hire us
- If you need AI for KYC, AML, or transaction monitoring. Buy a regulated vendor.
- If your regulator requires named accountable individuals for every customer-impacting workflow. We can support, but we are not those individuals.
- If you need SOC 2-certified vendors only.
- If your work is mostly product engineering. The Dev Team helps, but you need a real engineering org, not a managed services layer.
Pricing for fintech
- €1,500/month. Pilot. Usually one team, narrow content scope.
- €4,000-€7,500/month. Growth + Operations with compliance-review layer. Most fintech clients sit here.
- €9,000+/month. Multi-team scopes with heavy content production or multi-market work.
How the compliance-review step actually works
This is the part that fintech founders ask about first, and rightly so. The default workflow for fintech clients has three handoff points before any external publication:
- Step 1: operator review. The named operator running your engagement edits every draft against your brand voice and against a fintech-specific rules sheet we maintain with you (banned claims, disclosure requirements, jurisdiction-specific language).
- Step 2: compliance review (your team). Drafts route to whoever owns compliance review at your firm — could be in-house counsel, a compliance officer, or a fractional consultant. They mark up, approve, or reject. We log the decision.
- Step 3: publish. Only after the compliance reviewer signs off does anything go live. The audit trail is exportable.
The cycle adds 24-72 hours to each piece compared to non-regulated clients. We treat that as a feature, not a bug — and we tune cadence accordingly. Most fintech clients on a content scope publish 6-15 pieces a month with this workflow in place, which is still 2-3× what they were producing before.
If your compliance reviewer is the bottleneck (a common pattern), we can also help structure their workflow inside Notion or Asana so the queue is visible and the review SLA is enforceable. That's an operations-side workstream, not a content one.

FAQ
What do you mean by non-regulated?
We do not touch anything inside your regulator's perimeter — KYC/AML decisions, transaction monitoring, credit decisions, regulated customer communications. We do marketing, content, internal ops, and back office that does not affect a regulated function.
Do you handle customer PII?
Minimal. Most work runs on aggregated data, public content, marketing CRM, and internal ops. Where customer PII touches our work, it is anonymised before agents see it.
What about SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR?
GDPR baseline, EU data residency default. We sign DPAs and security questionnaires. We are not SOC 2 certified ourselves.
Can you write regulated-product marketing copy?
We draft. Your compliance or legal team reviews every piece before publication. Compliance-review step is built into the default workflow.
Do you do customer support directly?
No. We build internal knowledge bases, draft macros, triage tickets. The customer-facing reply is always sent by your support team.
What does it cost?
Pilot from €1,500/month. Most fintech clients €4,000-€7,500/month. Heavier scopes €9,000+/month.
